*Absolutely no vulgarity, profanity, or discrimination of any kind. All music, lyrics, etc must be submitted for approval. Contestants that do not adhere to this will be disqualified.

VERIFIED TALENT CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION OR CONTRIBUTION TO Eagles Nest Church WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest eligibility is open to those who sign up at www.eaglesnestchurch.org/verified and who are between the ages of 12 to 19 on or before July 10th 2020. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States of America, and is void where prohibited by law. Entries will be accepted online starting on June 26th at 12:00AM Eastern time and ending on July 10th at 11:59PM Eastern time. Contestants will perform via Instagram Live for approximately 3 minutes on July 17th, 2020. Contestants must also plan to attend virtual rehearsal via a private Instagram page on July 15th, 2020 prior to the event to ensure that the contestants have required provisions necessary to perform. Contestants are PERMITTED to perform the following [spoken word/poetry, rap, song, dance, performances].
***Performances MUST NOT contain any vulgarity, profanity, or discriminatory acts or remarks of any kind unless the contestant will be immediately taken off of Live and disqualified.

Entry Rules:
The “Verified Talent Contest” must be entered by filling out the entry form on eaglesnestchurch.org/verified. Contestants must meet all contest requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or the ones which are not in alignment with the rules, requirements, and specifications will be disqualified. You may enter the contest only once and you need to provide any information that might be necessary. All performances must be approved PRIOR to participating, or may be eliminated from the contest. Any unauthorized performances could be subject to disqualification, fines and/or legal action. Eagles Nest Church may use any [photo, audio file, video, text, etc.] on-demand on Eagles Nest Church’s or its affiliates’ websites.
Winner Selection:
Winner will be selected by viewers via Instagram Direct Message votes to @rise_enc. Winners will be informed about the prize via telephone or email within 2 days following the winner selection to claim the prize. Eagles Nest Church is not responsible if the winner fails to receive the notice about the prize due to any security settings or provision of incorrect contact information. If the winner fails to respond within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected based on votes. If the winner is disqualified for any reason, Eagles Nest Church is not obliged to provide an alternate prize or extend the contest period in any way, and all privileges as winner will be terminated immediately. Participants who provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent, or deceptive acts in connection with the contest will be disqualified.

How to Claim Prizes:
Winners will receive a Visa gift card via email no more than 5 days after the official winners are announced. The top (3) contestants are determined by Instagram Direct Message votes and will receive the following cash prizes.
1st Prize: $300
2nd Prize: $200
3rd Prize: $100

As a condition of participating in this contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States of America.
The sponsor of the “Verified Talent Contest” is Eagles Nest Church located in Alpharetta, Georgia 30005, USA. Eagles Nest Church will utilize social media to promote sweepstakes or giveaways. The participant understands and agrees that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with various social media platforms.
